Program Pricing
History is not meant to sit quietly behind glass. It is meant to be seen, felt, and experienced.
Indian Creek Historical Fashions offers immersive living history programs that connect audiences to the people, struggles, beauty, courage, and emotional truth of 19th-century America through authentic clothing, powerful storytelling, and interactive interpretation.
To help institutions, schools, and grant writers plan and budget, we provide the following starting rates.
Living History Programs
Structured, in-depth presentations such as Women Homesteaders of Nebraska, Valiant Warrioress, Children’s Blizzard of 1888, Gone with the Width, and similar featured programs, starting at $550.
Workshops
Treadle sewing machine workshops, and other participatory educational programs, starting at $300
How Final Pricing Is Determined
Final fees are based on:
• Program type and length
• Travel distance
• Audience size
• Costuming and interpretive requirements
• Level of customization
Multi-day events, fashion shows, festivals, and large public programs are quoted individually.
This pricing model allows museums, schools, libraries, historical societies, National Parks, and tourism partners to budget accurately while still receiving a fully customized, museum-quality experience.
Distance-Inclusive Program Rates
Program fees are based on travel distance from Wymore, Nebraska.
- 0–100 miles: $550 (base program fee)
- 100–250 miles: $650 total
- 250–500 miles: $800 total
For locations beyond 400 miles one-way, overnight lodging may be required. In those cases, hosting organizations will be asked to provide lodging, or lodging costs may be added to the final invoice.
